Let's find a bold new vision for CAP!

Cascade AIDS Project (CAP) is embarking on a brand refresh journey. As an important member of our community, we want to invite you to join us in sharing your thoughts on our organization's identity! The insights we gather here will directly shape our visual identity, messaging, and the way we connect with you, our community, for years to come.

What to Expect:

This brand survey is developed to help us gain insights into how our CAP community sees, interact with, and relates to our organization, programs, services, and brand in general.

• The survey is broken into 5 small parts.
The process will take anywhere from 5-10 minutes to complete.
There are no “right” or “wrong” answers — we’re looking for your honest perspectives, experiences, and ideas.
• Your progress will be saved as you proceed, so feel free to pause between sections as needed if you need a break.
This is your opportunity to influence the future communications, public perception, and visual identity of CAP at large. We invite you to take the time to reflect deeply and answer with care — your input is both valued and essential.
* This Brand Survey will be open for participation from Monday, October 6 - Monday, December 22.
